We are on a mission, folks. We are going to be Skoolies! No, I don't mean home schoolers, we do that already. No, even more crazy and harebrained...we are going to buy a school bus to live in. Yup. One of THOSE! We are tired of renting, we don't want to be tied down to a certain spot, and even if we did, we would have to pick! And then, ugh, STAY THERE!! Both of us have itchy feet, we've never stayed in one house more than a year, and that was hard enough.
We've found the bus we want, locally. We need to raise the money, we need to strip it, we need to plan the interior, come up with the insides...all the necessary things for living in a house, only smaller and much more portable. We will have a stove, a fireplace, a shower, beds, fridge...all of it! Fortunately I happen to be married to a mechanic who can weld, do carpentry, plumbing, ductwork, electrical wiring... You name it, Russ can fix it! Mighty convenient, I say. AND he has a CDL so he can drive the stupid thing, LOL!
So, here we go! W are naming it (so far, anyway) "More Magic". Magic school bus, and a rather obscure computer geek term. If you get it, more points for you!
